Suicide Rate Continues to Rise
in Rural Wisconsin. Empowering community members is a goal of the Farm Well Program, according to Chris Frakes, SWCAP group director. Frakes was recently interviewed for the article in USA TODAY: Wisconsin suicide rates climb, led by alarming numbers in rural areas.
