The Work 'n Wheels auto loan program is designed to help income eligible families and individuals with assistance in obtaining an affordable and dependable vehicle. If you have poor credit or no credit, have been denied financing by your Bank or Credit Union this program may be an option for you.

- These loans are available to income qualifying families and individuals.
- There is a 5% loan administration fee that must be paid at the time of purchase.
- The buyer is responsible for the payment of tax, title and license fees.
- Buyer must also provide proof of full coverage insurance.
- Payments are to be paid back over a time period of 30 months.
- The maximum required payment amount is $135.00 per month.
Services
- Car loans at 0% interest on vehicles up to $4000.
- Monthly payment between $125 and $135.
- 2-year loan repayment period.
- Buyer pays 5% loan administration fee at time of purchase.
- Buyer pays tax, title and license.
Eligibility
- Vehicle required for work-related activities.
- Subject to program income guidelines.
- Residents of Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette & Richland counties.

Participant cost examples for Loan Amounts of: $4000.00: Tax $220 + License Fees $148.50 + 5%, Admin Fee $200 = $568.50 out of pocket costs. Monthly Payments would then be $135, $3000.00: Tax $165 + License Fees $148.50 + 5%, Admin Fee $150 = $436.50 out of pocket costs. Monthly Payments would then be $125.
